Pricing: Published rates are inclusive of taxes and other fees.
Cancellation: Not allowed within 14 days before arrival. Reservation pre-payment of the first night is non-refundable. Modification: Not allowed within 3 days before arrival. Only one modification is allowed per confirmed reservation. Modification requests are subject to room availability. Pre-payment:
- For walk-ins, credit card transactions, will be charged the full amount.
- For offline payment, an advance payment equivalent to the cost of the first night is required to confirm the reservation. IMPORTANT for credit card fraud prevention:
If the guest is the owner of the credit card, please bring the physical copy of the card along with one (1) valid photo ID for identification purposes. If the guest is not the owner of the card, please bring a photocopy of the owner’s valid photo ID, photocopy of the card’s front and back, and an authorization letter from the card owner signifying the approval to use the card for the hotel booking.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not pass any of the listed requirements.

Check-In: Standard check-in is 2:00 PM (Local Timezone: GMT +8)
Check Out: Standard check out is 12:00 noon (Local Timezone: GMT +8)
Smoking: The entire hotel is a no smoking zone
Pets: Bringing of pets is not allowed
Breakfast: All rooms are inclusive of breakfast for two (2) at the main restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Extra bed/person: Allowed at P 2,900.oo inclusive of one (1) extra bed with breakfast for one (1) person
